The wine has a rich and inviting nose with hints of citrus,
apricot, peach, toasted nuts, and spices. The palate is
powerful and packed with fruit weight, yellow apple,
toasted almonds, and freshly baked brioche with a stone
fruit medley. Fresh acidity adds balance and length to the
finish. Fermentation in 228L Burgundian French oak barrels (33% new oak, 19% second fill, 17% third fill,
21% forth fill and 10% in neutral oak). Barrels are rolled once
a month for a total aging of eleven months before selection
process and blending followed by a light filtration. |

The wine has an alluring nose of white peach, apple, citrus,
honey, and warm spices. The palate is rich with a creamy
texture, with citrus, dried herbs, baked yellow apple, and
spice adding depth of flavour to the mid-palate. The finish
is long and pure, supported by a crisp acidity and mineral
lingering aftertaste. Fermentation took place in 400L French oak
barrels, 10% second fill and 6% third fill and the balance in
neutral oak barrels. |

and zesty with an abundance of passionfruit

Soft and elegant with smooth velvety tannins. The wine dances down the palate with a beautiful Umami character and striking notes of mulberry, ripe red berries and fennel bulb and subtle aromas of dried oregano. Maturation occurred in French oak barrels (65% new oak was used) for a period of 27 months before a strict selection process, where only the best barrels were used. |

The nose bursts with violets and dried herbs, cassis, and
dark chocolate followed on to the palate with notes of
dark berries pomegranate, and cacao. The palate is
structured around very fine-grained tannins, supported
well by a dense core of fruit, and backed up by a fresh
acid. Best enjoyed 7-10 years from vintage. Afrer malolactic
fermentation the wine was racked in
French oak barrels (40% new, 30% second fill, and 30%
third fill) for a period of 22 months.

The Blue Lady uses Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from three separate blocks picked over a
period of ten days. Big, rich, dense and textured, with mocha oak, well-managed tannins
and plenty of flesh and power. |

The Blue Lady is a varietal Cabernet Sauvignon, all sourced from vineyards on the Simonsberg. The new oak influence has been reduced to 26%, allowing the fruit more space
to express itself. Cassis and damson flavours are complemented by savoury tannins, plenty of freshness and perfume and plenty of underlying concentration. |

palate is packed with finely textured tannins and
supporting oak spice, cedarwood and pencil shavings,
supported well by fresh acidity. The wines spent 22
months in French oak barrels (38% new oak, 33%
second fill, 20% third and 9% forth fill). |

Blend composed of 42% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cinsault, 15% Merlot, 10%
Cabernet Franc, 7% Petit Verdot, 6% Malbec. Bright purple in colour with a note of cassis, dark chocolate,
lavender, and ripe strawberries. The palate is rich and
textured with silky tannins and a core of dark fruit flavours,
black currants, and ripe plum all capped off with a hint of
spice. The finish is lush and rich with a fresh acidity adding
length and well supported by well-integrated oak. Aged in small French oak barrels for a
period of 12 months, 24% new, 11% second fill and 31% third
fill, and the balance in older oak. |

supported by well-integrated oak. Matured for 12 months in French oak barrels
18% new, 25% second fill, 17% third fill, and 40% older oak. |

Aromas of cassis, lavender, cedarwood, cigar
box on the first approach. As the wine breaths
it shows more creme de cassis and black
berries evolving into a complex aroma of sweet spices and a
lovely savoury element. The palate is rich and concentrated
with intensity and structure. Tannins are firm,
but well structured and will allow the wine to
age gracefully over the next 5 to 10 years.
Decant for a few hours if you want this wine to
show its true colours. 55% Cabernet Franc, 42% Cabernet Sauvignon & 3% Merlot. The wine matured in French oak barrels (55% new,
2% third fill and 42% forth fill) for a period of
24 months. |
