Lush mineral spice and stone fruit blossom at the fore. Explosive lime-infused flavours of green apple are amplified by a precise energy. Gentle touch of candied ginger and toast. Vivacious and lasting finish. Eight months maturation in traditional 228L barrels, complemented by a number of 350L barrels.

Firm and resonating with anticipation, its flavour profile is slowly unfolding. A little patience will offer a generous palate of fruits of the forest flavours and development of complex cherry and dark berry tones. Polished and lingering, it will benefit from ageing. Aged for ten months in French oak barrels, 30% of which are new.

Grapes from eight different estate vineyards go into the production of this elegant, refined, well-balanced Pinot Noir. Curated in 30% new barrels, it has good zip and energy, goji berry and red cherry fruit and a racy, mineral-edged finish.
