Stone-fruit aromas dominate the nose with hints of citrus, quince and pine nut. Rich and creamy palate is well balanced, perked up by lively acidity and a long finish. The subtle use of oak uplifts the pure fruity characters. 25% of barrel-fermented wine was blended with the tank fermented portion.

This fruit driven Shiraz from the cool 2014 vintage has an intense ruby red colour with attractive plum and red fruit aromas on the nose with hints of nougat and dark chocolate. Matured for 18 months in 20% 2nd fill, 45% 3rd fill and 35% 4th fill French oak barrels.
