The wine has intense ripe pineapple and melon flavours on the nose. It is supported with white peach, apricot and hints of jasmine, lemongrass and ginger. Voluptuous butterscotch, orange peel, roasted cashew nuts and hints of vanilla flavours in the wine reminds of a wet pine forest floor in autumn. The wine has a brilliant linear acidity and dominant dense mineral core with layered sweetness and balanced acidity due to the natural fermentation. Impressive roundness on the pallet and a beautifully integrated texture with flavours of orange blossom and lemony zest supported by a creamy finish. 37% new Burgundian style wine barrels and 48% 2nd fill barrels.

The wine has elegant flavours of citrus, pineapple and melon on the nose. It is supported with white peach, green apple and hints of jasmine, lemongrass and ginger. The wine has a brilliant linear acidity and dominant dense mineral core with layered sweetness and balanced flinty acidity due to the natural fermentation and aging in the terracotta amphora. The roundness on the palate and a beautifully integrated texture with flavours of orange blossom and lemony zest supported by a concentrated textured finish coats your mouth and make you want to spend more time in the presence of this big wine. 381 bottles produced.

This is the creme-de-la-creme of our white wines from select sections of the best single-vineyards. It is skillfully and meticulously blended from the best barrels in the cellar to express the essence of our unique terroir. The wine is layered with fragrant aromas and exotic flavours. Asparagus and green fig aromas first appear on the nose infused with spices of clove and hints of cinnamon followed by butterscotch, white peach and pear aromas. With every sip more and more flavours are exposed. There are hints of wood aged characters but no visible oak. It is a beautifully crafted and sophisticated wine with lots of layered flavours and rich finesse of balanced fruit and acidity with a long, lovely finish and lingering aftertaste. This 100% Semillon has an alluring bright gold colour with a beautiful, inviting nose filled with ripe tropical fruits along with peach, pear, kumquat and a hint of nettles and greengage, all on a backdrop of Botrytis. There is an intense concentration in the mouth with great balance of all components held together by keen acidity while fynbos honey, toasted nuts and caramel lingers in the background. Super now yet has many years of development to do. With a touch of wood.

Aromas of blackcurrants & raspberry greet you on the nose along with tea leaf nuances and hints of cedar wood. The palate is distinguished and complex with a refreshing acidity supported by soft, silky smooth tannins. The flavours from the nose follow through to the juicy palate along with flavours of cassis. These fresh, fruity flavours will linger on the palate and slowly fade away. Blend of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Merlot. Matured for 19 months in French oak barrels, 35% of which were new.

The palate is dense, structured and explosive, bursting with upfront berry fruit flavours. The wine has a refreshing acidity and the complex palate will awaken your taste buds. Decant the wine for maximum enjoyment. Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc. After maturation for 19 months in French oak (73% new), only the best barrels were selected.

Flavours of blackberry & mulberry with cracked black pepper greet you on the nose. The flavours from the nose follows through to the palate along with hints of aniseed and black liquorice. Blend of 94% Shiraz, 4% Mourvedre and 2% Viognier, finished in 34% new oak and 66% in older barrels.

The flavours from the nose follow through to the palate along with hints of nutmeg and cinnamon spice. 85% Shiraz, 12% Mourvedre, 3% Viognier. The wine spent 17 months in 300 to 500 liter French oak barrels of which 35% were new and 65% older barrels.
