Layers of black fruit, perfume and cedar wood create complex nose and palate also offering cigar box and vanilla tabacco. This blend offers a more integrated and complex profile than its single Cabernet Sauvignon counterpart. The acid, alcohol and integrated oak provides a balance and assures a fantastic ageing potential. With some patience you will be rewarded with a gem. Blend of 70% Cab. Sauv., 18% Cab. Franc and 12% Merlot matured for 24 months in new medium toasted Nevers oak.

A complex wine with layers of different aromas that evolve in the glas. The 2014 vintage offers more red fruit flavours in its youth, but after some bottle ageing this wine will start to show some farmyard, earthy and forest floor characteristics. Up to 62 year old bush vines.

A complex nose of black cherry, plums and dark chocolate with hints of gooseberry and cedar. The palate is rich with a velvety tannin structure only made possible from old vineyard Pinotage. An intense core of pure black and red fruits, balanced with savoury dark chocolate and cedar. It offers a long and lingering finish. 61 yars old bush vines.

A dense, full and rich wine filled with perfume and red fruit with a hint of spice adding to its complexity. The palate is structured and powerful, with ripe red fruits, black plums and dark chocolate. The tannins are grainy and mouth filling with a dry appetising finish. Made from 64 year old bush vines yieldin less than 20hl/ha and matured for 18 months in new Nevers oak.
